From 1:23 to 1:32 shows the class of Bernard King. What a hustler. This was one of the greatest eras of the NBA.

See this is basketball. Besides MJ the guys arent as athletic as today but unlike todays players these guy are basketball players. There are so many idiots today who cant tell the difference. Just look at the halftime score 65-54! That is an end of 3rd quarter score in todays game if you're lucky and thats with like 10 3's. There was only few taken in this first half. The jumpshot that ALL these guys had is just gone in todays game. Give me this basketball anyday! Great upload!

The NBA was more fun to watch back then...
Now its just quarter court 2 v 2 isolation..then 3 pointer..
This game shows how fun the game used to be without the endless 3 point jump shots

@tillman40 I totally agree. It is such a pleasure to watch an NBA without all the stupid, unnecessary, thugish fouls that just grind the game to a friggin halt. Everyone says these guys didnt play D which is total bullshit. In this era if you got beat you got beat and you tried to beat your man down court and score. I miss the 120-115 games. Its so annoying to watch 40 free throws for each team. I'd rather see the open court up and down game where guys can actually make shots besides dunks.

At the 46:40-46:43 mark, Jordan covers greater than 3/4 of the court from a standstill in less than 3 seconds - just amazing speed. He's at the FT line extended near the 3-point line, and goes CROSS-COURT around the offensive player to the other baseline, making the distance he covered significantly greater than if he just ran from FT line to baseline. In the pre-draft combine each year, the best 3.4 court sprint times are 3.1-3.3 seconds. MJ does it in under 3 seconds here in the 4th quarter
