  • i tried this, it turned out looking like crap

  • WTF is panko lol i have the munchies now :[

  • @chefwyatt99 your name is 'chef wyatt'.. you should know what panko is ;)

It is a Japanese bread crumb. Light, fluffy, wondeful.

  • all your recipes make me want to break my diet lol one cheat day and i am definitely going to attempt this :)

  • @selinam10 I'm going to look for a bigger/better recipe than this one ;)

  • @rossylips15 sorry for the late reply. I think cheddar is used because it is a more sharp flavor, which is associated more with mac and cheese. but I say go for it

  • I bet evaporated milk would add more flavor instead of plain milk

  • like what? I thought it looked great! gonna try it this week if i can.

  • Looks good. I love mac and cheese, reminds me of small kid time.

  • CRAP CRAP CRAP! I went to click the comments box and hit the thumbs down by mistake. I am so sorry Beth.

This looks like a good recipe, maybe needs a little onion, garlic powder and some smokey paprika I find those help kick mine up some. Thus certainly looks much faster then the way I make mine.

Again sorry about the thumb thing :(

  • @Ultimatecruegirl You can actually change your vote simply by clicking thumbs up again. There's currently zero dislikes on the video, so your thumbs down didn't go through or you ended up correcting it anyways =D -- yay

  • @fezan84 YAY thank you so much for letting me know!

    Whew!!

  • charp chedder! i love panko with the frenches fried onions on top!

  • Okay, I'm hallucinating - I'm certain I heard the theme song from Petticoat junction in the back ground. That's just nuts. Yeah, I like the old fashioned way with a simple white sauce and the extra sharp cheddar melted into that. And I like to bake til the cheese is crunchy around the edges. Unfortunately my son prefers the crap out of the box. Oh well.

  • I cant believe you are using a dry masuring cup for liquid! LOL

    That stuff needs Velveeta!

  • I juat printed this and I was for sure going to make this love it.

  • I haven't eaten Mac and cheese in years! I don't fix it often here. But it did look tasty. Hugs Sweet lady!

  • I think if you add about a 1/4 t. of mustard powder and maybe even onion powder you will find it boosts the taste of the cheese. Mac & Cheese is good but it can be flat tasting with no depth at all. I love the panco crust. My favorite crust is crushed cheese nips LOL Can't make it too cheesy :)

  • well Hello hawaiian princess ! Fabulous ! cheese sometimes is my only friend.Rita and Lisa Nova at 5 .throw some of then damn fries onions in there

  • We always put a tin of diced tomatoes in our mac and cheese.

  • looked real good.

  • Good ol macncheese...gotta love it!! I usually make a moc bechemel with cornstarch and milk and add the cheese to that, makes it much more creamy inside and crunchy on the top. Blessings, Ang

  • In Home Ec they had us crush up regular potato chips yumo. There our 90 way to kill a Man N Cheese for sure LOL.

  • yummers I think I am actually gonna try this WOOT WOOT
