I can see both cards getting effected sooner than later only because the OCG does not have to wait to get these cards to know there players will use it. With a greater card pool there ablities will only be increased w/ targets we do not even have. Konami can avoid the obvious bullet since the results of how amazing these cards are alread in.

When Allure went to 2 the first time OCG got Allure of Darkness and it went straight back to 3 before it went to 2 again

Fuckin' Fact: Tourguide and Tengu Won't get hit until March 1st, 2013. Both TCG exclusives, which will and or be released in Extra Pack Voulme 5 in Japan, which should be released on Setember 15, 2012, or at the very least sometime after the September 1st, 2012.

TCG exclusives cannot be put on banlists unless they are released in the OCG, which is why I'm hoping those cards go to the OCG.
