@bringerofrage I think you should go for a 250cc, because 125cc is just, like you said, a bicycle on steroids. 125cc can do 100kmh on a flat straight and only 80 uphill. I can guarantee that you will want more power within weeks of riding. a 250cc is probably a good biike for you, because they won't kill you after a single mistake, like a 600cc could, BUT they have enough power to go on highways without getting overtaken by some 1200cc fiat puntos.

You know that you are lying when you say that a cbr125 does 140 on flat, if you tuck in and go down a veeeery long straight it might break 120, but if you ride in an upright position, there is no WAY you will ever go over 110. 120 uphill? PFFT! :D NO WAY you are making me laugh! in uphill cbr does 80-100 depending on riders weight and driving position.
