Wrong. There is no "ti" as we know it in Japanese. 「ち」 is sometimes romanized as "ti," but that's a technicality of a particular romanization system.

What they're spelling in this song is 「ぱち」(pati/pachi), the onomatopoeia for the sound of clapping. Y'know, to go with the title "Bravo Bravo" and the lyrics about cheering and applauding. (Why is that so difficult for people to understand?)

If and when "party" is spelled out in katakana, it's 「パーティ」 (paatei).
