Oh totally! The show has become a lot darker since Steven Moffat took over as head writer. He is the genius who brought us The Empty Child and the Weeping Angels, after all! Some people I know don't really like the change, which I guess is understandable. But the plots have become a lot more interesting and intricate (and rely more heavily on time travel as more than a way to get from point A to point B) since he's taken over, too, which is great. ^^
This has easily been my favorite episode of the season so far, and this is a PERFECT representation of it! I was just thinking "You know what? I wanna vid this episode."
How am I supposed to compete with this masterpiece, hmm?? It's freaking PERFECT. PERFECT, ALLIE.
The coloring, the transitions, the voiceovers are all just best possible choices. I have to agree with Vee--as soon as the episode ends, I'm refreshing YT every 3 seconds for your video! XD

Beautiful video. And don't worry, we know that Amy is gonna be in the next series (and I think Rory too). But I agree, I want more abt Amy & the Doctor's relationship! And in the 2 last episodes, it's like Melody has been totally forgotten! I mean, Amy being her mother, I think they should at least see what it makes to her, because such a thing is unbearable for a mother!
Knowing that Amy will for sure be in the next series does make me feel better, but I am still wary of Moffat and his unpredictable ways. I just want their relationship to remain wonderful and beautiful. It's like they were like "oh yeah we're best friends yaaaay~" and then pushed it to the side. :C
