I was just on the Miracle in March this year, and I was not impressed, it was my 2nd cruise, and my 2nd Carnival Cruise, and they just had the same food every time, lunch dinner, everything. It got a bit old.

My first was on the Glory, now that was awesome..

I loved the Miracle too all things considered. :3

This is entirely optional, but the same items - chocolate and carrot cake, and mousse are all items you will get at the all-inclusive buffet on the Lido deck on different nights during your cruise.

@CHIMESTERDOTCOM it's included but in some cruises they have specialty dinnig room that you need to pay because is more formal than the others dinnig room and also they have a special menu.

@idospas1 Hahahaaa! No that was for one cocktail drink with a souvenir cup. But not all drinks are that expensive, and you don't have to purchase the cup. Coffee, tea, milk and fruit juices are included, but you do have to pay for alcoholic beverages.

This is any odd question, But is there any chinese/asian food on the cruise? And if there is what kind? My mother is a very picky eater and i dont need her complaining about the food. That is mostly all she can eat.....

@AsianKat0808 Oh, not odd at all. I understand perfectly about food. I'm pretty fussy too, but they do have different themes each night at the buffet, for example, Italian, Mexican, American, etc. But they always have some permanent foods, which include Asian, sandwich and pizza stations. So she will be happy, I'm sure. You can also ask them to make her up something if you don't see it. The chefs are very friendly and accommodating. Thanks for watching!

Thanks for this video. i am working on my 3rd cruise this yr. My 1st evah 5 day cruised was in 2001, was at RC then at NCL. and on my 1st cruise, I remembered those specialty drinks/liquor - around $8.00 -$12.00 they served at that time, at the end of the 5day cruised, i ended up spending approx $300.00 on drinks alone. was worth it considering it was the most fun, relaxing time.

WHY is the fresh fruit chocolate cup at 4:39 $2.25??? I thought food and dessert was free, except for alcohol and a few specialty coffees? What is this, another sneaky, incremental change to get people used to the idea of paying for something they already paid for? I'm going on the Carnival Inspiration for a 4 day cruise on August 2, and I hope I don't see too much of this bullshit. What started off as a bargain cruise can quickly become a rip-off.

@ejdf870 (Part 2) Regular coffee, tea and fruit juice are always available, and I honestly thought that the buffet food on the Lido deck was better than the other options in the dining rooms. The only things that you have to pay for extra is what you choose to purchase (gifts/alcohol/excursions) from the ship on your Sail and Sign card, and the gratuities, which are about $10 per person per day. I am going to do a video on everything you need to know for first time cruises, very soon.

@ejdf870 No it's nothing like that. The ships have all-inclusive dining, but they have other options available, too. Two of the other dining options are a gourmet-style restaurant that you pay $30 each for, but it's a specific dining experience where you get several meat dishes paired with wine. Then, they have a Starbucks-style cafe where you can purchase flavored coffee and tea, milkshakes (the best!) and things like chocolate cake, chocolate dipped strawberries, etc. Completely optional.

@thesassiwench What had me worried the most was the fact that among the desserts with a price tag was CARROT CAKE (for crying out loud!). So, I figured, if carrot cake costs money, I can only imagine what everything else costs! Thanks for the reply, though.
