i have downloaded a them which its' style totally different than the normal themes, but when i do your steps nothing changes but the descktop back ground and some usuale effects... how to do it...
My buddy and I set up Windows 7 on my personal netbook and it works beautifully. I down loaded it through Windows7FreeDLXcom (replace X with . ) and it authorized perfectly.

it all depends on the themes creator, and where they put the correct files. Can you send me the theme link to me please.

When i was recording this video it did lag a bit due to the slideshow in the background, but other then that no its perfect or me.
