I personally find this case to be better than the comparable official one. The official one is a soft case, but in the instance that the case is dropped, the vita inside definitely will be taking some sort of damage. With this case, I don't see the system getting damaged at all.
Can I ask a quick question that isn't really related? Are any of the buttons on the PS Vita (x, square, triangle, circle, L, R) analog/pressure sensitive like the buttons on a Dual Shock 2 or Dual Shock 3 (PS2/PS3)? Pressure sensitive buttons are great for driving games (i.e. acceleration/braking). Comment? I preordered the PS Vita and whether it's all analog or not, I'll be extremely happy with it. Now if Feb 22 will ever get here!!!!
@AVEXentSUCKS Probably made in China. In China, they allow smoking almost anywhere. Smoking is HUGELY popular there... even during sporting events; so they more than likely allow smoking at the Hori manufacturing facility where these cases are made. :-P
Good choice. Go with the official cradle, not the Nyko one. I believe it is $20 bucks, pretty god deal for the build quality alone. And the speaker output is a plus. :)
