Bush tortured in America's name, and lied to the American people about that torture. Bush took us into a war on lies that cost the lives of over four thousand of America's next generation!

Tortured who? The Afghan Tabliban? The dictator in Iraq? Their militant fanatics? They all aided terrorists through funding and supplies. People die in war. It happens. I know it is sad, but they signed up to serve their country and its commander-in-chief. Torture is not a war crime, it is a method to extract information from an enemy. Of course, now that that is illegal, and POWs have American rights, I guess that it is.
