I liked Rogers. He had so much potential, its real unfortunate with what happened to him. Wonder how 08 would've went down with him not injured. What happened with Lesuma in 08 also? I can't remember. Did he get injured?

I liked Gary Rogers, he had a great build for a QB and a strong arm, I think he could have been another Bledsoe or Leaf...too bad, this is his only highlight as a college QB. I probably would have transferred if I was him......with Brink getting the starting job as a freshman, he wasn't gonna get the playing time. He had one shot his senior year and got injured, too bad for him

No, you're thinking of Josh Swogger who started the first part of the season in 05. Rogers got injured in 2008.

we should have kept Rogers in there, he blistered them on this drive. go with the hot hand and maybe it goes from 26-14 to 26-21 and we have the momentum. Instead they put Brinkie doodle dandy back in and our fate was sealed.
