Put the rent into an escrow account in the bank. DO NOT PAY LANDLORDS THE RENT. When THEY file for eviction for non-payment of rent & you BOTH go before a judge...you can show him this along with proof that your rent is in an escrow account until these problems have been fixed. Health & safety of families are a major concern, especially when it comes to landlords that are basically conning you out of basic housing that you are paying for.

well i got one more video to make. things are pretty much the same according to some residents. they will never change. dont take it wrong its a beautiful property but nothing there works at all and the fire department have been there many times since the water heater have leaked gas before and you could smell it from the AC vents that happenend at 2:00pm. imagine if it would have happened at at 2am while we were asleep.

Gah! I'm glad that I have a water heater *in my apartment* that looks brand new. I've had issue with my AC so far but they were really awesome in fixing it pronto!

Write to the county health department & give them copies of the pics. County will or should come out & do an inspection. Also, find out the owner of the property & write to them along with photos. Send everything certified mail & be sure to log all of the times you & other residents have made management aware of the issues. One more thing, look & see if there is a law in your state that says you have to have hot water for some states this is required.
