I would say there are some clear distinctions between Amar and Haifa. Although Amar resembles Wehbe a lot. I'd say Amar has more defined cheakbones and a different nose. Personally, Haifa's nose was done to thin, and Amar's is more full which gives her a more exotic look. Out of the two I'd definitely say Amar's better looking!
