They can change lvls. Becouse they need to check things also for new updates etc. Thats why that they are not on the highscores. They can also walk on water, or walk on air. Really everything ;) Believe me!

How Can You Not Get How They Can Change Their Levels... They Have Codes, That Only Jagex Mods Can Use, Player Mods Can't. Also, For All The People Who Thinks It's Mopar, It's Not. Mods Can't Attack In Wilderness, Trade, Or Be Killed In Wilderness (The Same Rules Don't Apply In The Fighting Match. Mopar Doesn't Have Construction Skill Either.
