@carterarrington1234 yeah man it's all about benga, loefah, skream, digital mystickz, some music of rusko and all the other more underground/unkown dubstep producers. :D
@36mrluli No way, they may be well known IN the dubstep community, but the most well known and commercial artists are easily Skrillex and pre' much teh whole of Circus records.
This is a great track, love the ambient string part. nice to hear pat fulgoni singing on it. he's on had a little fight from the new Yikes! Album by LE (Awesome album)
I tried showing this kind of music to other kids in high school, but I don't think they get it. They're into their party music where all you need is a heavy 4/4 beat and they say it is good regardless of actual production quality or vocals.
after owning this on vinyl and listening to it on digital for the 1st time i realize how shitty mp3s are now! vinyl will never die you cheap ass young punks buy some records support the artists!
@Ehxon i actually am planning on buying a vinyl player and stereo / sub setup once i move out of my parents house lmao XD but i cant wait, ill probably live in an apartment though... o well I hope they like DnB!
To this day I still can't quite place my finger on what makes LE such an amazing producer since I first heard his early collabs with Chris...there's something beautifully simplistic about his music yet at the same time it can make you feel a thousand different emotions...LE is the King of DNB.

In yen its 150.. Right.. It is the same as 79p.. But Its not on the album.. Is this tune going to be the least downloaded tunes of L.E.'s album Syncopated City.. Only to be in Japan.. Well I have to say that this is the only tune Im ever going to listen to on this site right now.. iTunes is a fuck off..
PS.. London Elektricity why didnt you rerelease this good drum n bass tune on the english album since it was released in 2008.. This is a pisstake..
noo I think L.E is doing alright in his own commercial success. I believe that he still knows what good music is, and the work he is doing with Hospital records is phenomenal. Supporting a lot of upcoming talent (B-Complex alone says it all for me, check him out), means that he is helping the dnb scene to grow and develop in this new era of music that we are coming to.
@DeathsRetribution Obviously, you don't understand the time and energy put into producing music. For it to be shared is to discredit the artist which granted you with a work of art.
@EdgePitSwing Cool story bro... from spending countless hours on reason and fl studio i know enough to know how much of a struggle it can be to make a good tune. but to make something worth remembering in your name is enough credit. obviously your idea of music is "in it for the money" and not the passion for its production. id pity you as an artist and may all discredit be upon you. now be a good boy and please join your friends in the hip hop videos where you belong.
@DeathsRetribution You're serious... Tell me you're joking. So for an individual to create music, develop his/her talent, market his/her name, promote him/herself... All that should be done in the name of charity? You're insane. We don't live in a society which allows people to live in communal atmosphere. Everyone needs to use their talents to survive financially. When tax payer dollars go to supporting musicians, then we'll talk. Until then, buy music to support your artists.
@EdgePitSwing self promotion starts a step at a time, getting a small gig at a club, building fans, and yes maybe some small support at first. and yes coming from fans, which in fact is charity. if youre expecting some huge record label to up off your career at first instance, then you my friend are the insane one. tell me of an instance where, i dont know what country youre from, that youve seen someone support themselves off their talent. you must have some well connected friends in media
@DeathsRetribution I don't think you formulated a single coherent sentence that entire last comment... Your original point was, "Music should be shared". That would indicate you think it should be free. I said the artist should make money to allow for him/her to continue making music, which you argued against. NOW you're saying an artist should make money over time. What is your point? Should people pay for music or not... Make up your mind.
@EdgePitSwing i dont mind the artists making money, but you were sounding like iTunes, buy the track, and unable to share it because of its protection.
@DeathsRetribution Why should you be able to share music? The people who receive it from the sharer get it for free. By your logic, the band would get 1 sale, and then it would be grabbed for free by every other person.
@EdgePitSwing and magically theyre well known now arent they? you talk about discredit but you do alot of it towards fanbase. you sir, are a nazi. to each their own. enjoy your beats and have a nice day.
I find it laughable that people seem to hate an artist for reaching commercial success without any real justification to the "bad name" they are giving. I also don't see why people are worried about mainstream artists being the forefront for most genres. If some people are ignorant enough to only go as deep as mainstream artists, then that's their problem. Who cares what they think.
Not only that hating mainstream artists has become mainstream. Why do people cry about it.. they're only mainstream because they're making good music that vast majorities can enjoy (mainstream) what's so fucking bad about that
@CurtdoggLP5 i think you get their opion wrong. one example. look at hip hop artist when they are "underground" they're rapping about good things and whats going on in life and when they are mainstream ey ey i got money blablabla.
but in this case i think you're right this song is just excellent just dont care if its mainstream or not ;)

@CurtdoggLP5 - All of LOndon Elektricitys albums are amazing. Thats why he is reaching such success. That and they throw real house style shows. Amazing from Mistabishi to COntrast to all of Hospital. Proper music, fuck the label.
@CurtdoggLP5 People done hate the fact they've reached commertial success, It's the fact that some artists change there music whilst being in their mainstream success.
@CurtdoggLP5 its not the problem of artists going mainstream. its mainstream itself. its how stupid the radio is and how they repeat songs over and over and over again. How the radio forces people to listen to what they seem to be good music. Thats why I prefer underground music It defines me because I find the music that i like and listen to what I want to
@CurtdoggLP5 - Totally Right! London Elektricty is the epitome of success because he is a ridiculously gifted artist. His music is artistic, unique, and always produces a sound that is like a wall coming off the tables and through the speakers. He plays this stuff live even. Tell me how many people are doing that? IF people want to dis him they have to dis Dara, AK 1200, and all of the other successful DnB artists you hear in commercials and headlinging festivals.
@CurtdoggLP5 Also funny how LE does something very different from others but still people call cry about "commercial success". Hes a fucking genius and obviously makes the sound he loves to make and NOT the mainstream sound that would sell 100%.
@CurtdoggLP5 i'll say you the problem of it. 1 - You want to go to drum and bass party somewhere and got no company cuz none of youre friends like drum and bass. 2 - You want dnb/dubstep nights in youre town but there is nothing like this because simply no one would go there... everyone prefer electropop mainstream shit. 3 - Some artist deserves tonnes of fame and gratefulness but all famous artists are mainstream motherfuckers... what u gonna do?
agreed, pendulum weren't REVOULTIONARY, that's a strong word.
Hold your colour was however a really good album. If you count up the number of decent tracks, then subtract the number of fillers you have a fairly decent number by my reckoning. How many other dnb artists/albums can you say that about?
After hold your colour they did totally lose their way and sold out - however they wouldn't have been in a position to do that if they hadn't been making floor fillers for a couple of years before
Personally, I like both albums, but I also don't look at In Silico as being DnB. Furthermore, I listen to a big variety of music which may be one of the reasons I like it and I'm pretty sure quite a few people can say the same about themselves. Just because it's not the same genre, it doesn't mean they're selling out. They just wanted to try something different, although, they did start out as a band which may explain why they chose this path.
pendulum werent revolutionary in anyway, they just commercialised and promoted this kind of stuff a bit more than the other people at the time were doing... pendulum suck tits and deserve to rot on the mainstream pile along with the likes of lady gaga and rihanna, they arn't musicians, just knobs pumping out the same shit again and again
that's utter bullshit mate, i agree in silico was a rotten album, and defo wasnt drum n bassy and i dnt like it myself but fuck sake man with tracks the like of masochist, painkiller, axle grinder and the entire hold your colour album you CANNOT say they arn't musicians, cos ur just chattin rubbish
Hey London Elektricity are A full band Started by Tony Coleman and they are unbelievable live one of the greatest musoc producers of our generation.:)
Sort of... dull. Usually I really like their stuff. *shrugs & wanders off to find something w/ more entertainment value*

Right, Because Hold Your Colour isnt one of the greatest DnB albums ever made. Commercial or not Pendulum still rocked the fucking boat.

muchas gracias por este track esta muy bueno de verdad gracias london un saludo desde mexico
GabrielRivero419 2 years ago
agreed, pendulum weren't REVOULTIONARY, that's a strong word.

Idk Pendulum. Sounds more like jumpstyle or techno. its not ..."classic".

Pendulum is something als, bro))) ...Pendulum is like a drum-father..
NemeZNL 2 years ago
pendulum werent revolutionary in anyway, they just commercialised and promoted this kind of stuff a bit more than the other people at the time were doing... pendulum suck tits and deserve to rot on the mainstream pile along with the likes of lady gaga and rihanna, they arn't musicians, just knobs pumping out the same shit again and again
blobbum 2 years ago 2
that's utter bullshit mate, i agree in silico was a rotten album, and defo wasnt drum n bassy and i dnt like it myself but fuck sake man with tracks the like of masochist, painkiller, axle grinder and the entire hold your colour album you CANNOT say they arn't musicians, cos ur just chattin rubbish
