sorry to be a real party pooper but as a professional user of such tools I'd like to emphasize how dangerous it is to 1) run a blower on gravel (eyes!!) and 2) leave a strimmer running also on gravel. Eyes are precious!!! other than that your machines seem to run well on 40:1 stihl mix. The handbook though recommends 50:1 using stihl oil....

@fransam1961 Hi there, i appreciate your concern and will take the advice. however the manual that came with stihl blower does not say 50:1 it says 40:1.....may be different for different products of stihl

anything you see in stihl catalouge i can get half price my company is doing greeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaat.got to get a bigger shed to keep them all in ......got a blower strimmer for £170 should have been 320

You shouldn't bypass the governor on that generator! Those little four stroke engines don't like it if you overrev them...

what type of 2 cycle oil are you using? it doesnt even smoke

I use Stihl 2 stroke oil at the mix rate of 40:1 as recommended by Stihl
