The movie "les chevaliers du ciel" come from the comic book "Tanguy et Laverdure". Then a TV serie was created from it, called "Les chevaliers du ciel" too (in 1967) a long time before "top gun" movie (1986). So that's all i've to say to you Mister weasel :)

I watched it and understood about half of what they said, and understood the story line. This movie puts most modern movies to shame because there's hardly any CGI, it proves that if you're not lazy you can make something beautiful.

It would be a slaughter and unfair. American F-15 has never lost a dogfight in combat. F-22 Raptor was tested against five F-15s and one F-22 Raptor killed all 5 and none of the F-15 pilots saw him coming or knew where he was before it was too late. You can't shoot at something you don't know is there. You're comparing a 4th generation fighter (mirage 2000) to a 5th generation stealth fighter (F-22 Raptor). Your culture is beautiful, but you are nothing when it comes to military power. Nothing.
