they clearly have "placed" players in most every game
so in this way, they do not need to pay out to legitimate players
only the big pots are won by their employees

Yes I play with real money with low stakes on a few poker websites. You can also play poker with play money as well.
I play on the play money poker with games that I am just learning about like HORSE, Badugi, hi-lo before I decide to use any of my bankroll.
