  • I think the french technique is better. YOU basically scramble the eggs then form it into a ommlette. I persoanlly prefer omlettes softer than the pancake technique. THe only good thing about the pancake omelette technique as i call it is you can do it with less oil. THe french omlette technique really needs more oil to work best

  • The cheese is not melted and the meat is cold.

  • ham looks like a B grade product..... not eating that.., even in Denny's! Never used water in an omelete either!

  • oh dear, you browned the french!

  • I guess "beautiful" is in the eye of the beholder. hehe

  • Whats with the silly music.

  • This looks like it is a country styled omelette. I thought French styled as no browning.

  • This is an omelet not a french omelet

  • @guymilleruk I agree...i wouldn't buy that at any resturant !!!

  • The video is broken. It stops when you melt butter...

  • @geokar Hi, I just checked the video and it runs fine for me. Maybe your internet connection was interrupted? Please try it again. The video is not broken. The soundtrack on this version is pretty bad. I have since made a better version and will upload it tomorrow. Thanks for watching and please go to MaBelleFrance . com where you will also find the video as well as some of my recipes (site in content development). Happy cooking!
