I was at a Kohl's recently (I had gone to three, and this was the only one in my area that had what I wanted to get as a gift), and, at first, there was a group of employees right by me, chatting it up loudly, and not one said, Hi, how are you doing? Or, did you need help finding anything? Twice, the same employee walked by me, staring at me and saying absolutely nothing. At that point, I decided to not give them my money.

@ilovedisney84 I hear you. Customers can act very rude. Some customers feel like they're entitled to treat employees like servants. But what bothers me about some employees is that they'll be going around, talking to each other, chatting like they're out socializing and completely ignore me and others. One thing about commercial slogans or new corporate ideas is how slowly they seem to filter down to store employees. I'll go into a store and be treated poorly, no smiley faces to be seen! :)
