i think it is japanese, but is either not pronounced clearly/enunciated. if you listen VERY carefully, you can make out some other japanese words. even watashi. 8:48 you can hear wakarimashta (spelled phoneticly or "by ear") means understood. but its hard to hear because alot of people are saying it at once. also they are usually using uncommon and/or impolite forms of the words i think...........
