The audio during a phone call and intercom conversation is very, very good. you'd think there would be more wind noise/distortion but there isn't and the audio quality when communicating is, frankly, unbelievable.
For listening to music, the quality is ok. But I have to have the volume up to hear the music so am really blasting my ears. I'm going to try one of these earbud kits to lower the wind noise and get better quality audio for music. I'll repost and let you know how I go...
