Racepicman: When welding titanium it's best to use a larger cup to facilitate inert gas coverage at the weld area. You cannot do a continuous weld with titanium because it would become contaminated from air flow. A larger cup means faster welding with titanium. Wish we could use a small cup--maybe if we welded in a vacuum. :)
smaller torch gun may speed up the job.

ditch that huge torch and back cap and get like wp-9 or 20 is you have a cooler those torches suck to move around and do a non stop weld
