I'm a 1st year bantam and I'm 5'3" and I've hit 2nd year bantams that are 6'4" (on skates) to the ice. You just have to get low, apparently that's not tought in my league. I got a concussion from a cross check to the cage a couple weeks ago. A hard cross check, I just wish proper checking was taught in my league.
