@TheSkaterkid777 no you prick, number one if you don't pump a marker the ink/paint does not flow (thats why is doesn't leak when unopened) he pumped the marker once, ask anyone it performed extremely well. number two, if you tag over wet ink or paint it will streak your marker temporarily, in this case it was back to normal after mere seconds which is more than what you can ask for in a marker.
