I would like to ask that how many will take time of work? If you do foil from the bottom on the back of his head to face a lot of time it will take work, it can cause burns hair. Peroxide percentage (6%, 9%)?
and when using bleach can you use the same volume all over the head? and if you do, do you need to drop the back/lower ones while waiting for the fringe to process?
You leave a gap appropriate to the desired result. If you want a lot of hi-lights then you would do them close together and leave a small gap, if you want a few, then the gap may either be smaller or the size of weaves may be de-creased.
You would need a lower peroxide at the back, leading to higher levels as you increase the application throughout the rest of the head.
One of the best videos out there for foil technique instruction. I'm not a stylist, but I appreciate how things are done as a customer. Question - - should the developer strength be increased near the crown? I ask because by the time the stylist gets to that part, the product has been on the lower sections of hair for much longer, and the time difference can yield different levels of lightening.
The development time and developer will depend on the product used. Colour has a stopping agent in them which stop the development after a certain time. But bleach doesnt, so a higher peroxide may be needed as you progress through the application.
Darker colours wouldnt need a higher developer as this would only make the colour come out wrong, but you may want to mix up a new batch of colour half way through to keep it fresh, as the application of foils can take some time.
this is the most useful video about foils on youtube
