A history lesson: UN resolution 181 (Nov. 29, 1947) is about partitioning the land: Jews who lived in Palestine for centuries will have a Jewish state. Arabs who lived in the land (read Mark Twain's book about how Arabs came to Israel) will have an Arab state.

Vikings? Is there a continuous Vikings presence -- till today? This is such a ridiculous and ignorant comparison... Jews lives in Israel for centuries, since the time of the BIBLE, TILL today! Many Jews never left... some Jewish cities are thousands of years old, with a continuous Jewish life!

3. There are countless Jewish evidences from ancient history in Israel. Not even ONE Arab/Palestinian evidence from ancient history.
4. Even if Israel was doing terrible things, Israel still has a right to exist! Like any other country in the world (dozens of countries committed crimes that make Israel look like a saint... no one boycott them) To boycott Israel ONLY is anti-Semitism!

1. This is not a numbers game! (BTW, the ratio is MUCH less than 1:8) -- Germany had MANY MORE victims than the USA during WWII. Does it make the Nazis right?
2. The Arab leadership is to blame -- they refused EVERY peace plan, from 1917 to Clinton in 2000.
