The trained eye could easily spot the aircraft in the beginning was taxiing in from a landing (the flaps are up). The flaps are deployed to either 10 or 20 IMMEDIATELY after starting to taxiout for take off.

Awesome vid, Jon. Love seeing the heavies operating out of a Kentucky airport. The only times we see heavies at Lexington/Bluegrass field is either when they have the spring horse sales at Keeneland or Derby day when they UAE shieks fly in on their modified 747SPs & I never get to see them takeoff or land, they're just parked on the tarmac but they're still neat to see. Thanks for posting this!
