When I was exonerated because her best friend was willing to testify it was a set up the police refused to file charges against her although it was clearly obvious she had faked it. I really don't try to hold grudges as this was 15 years ago but I still remember how horrifying it was to have your kids being abused and yet you're the one being placed under charges... I still have trouble believing it was real.
I have polaroid pictures of my son with handprint bruises on him and other bruising. He told me he was being hurt by his mom's boyfriend. I went to the Exeter, CA police, officer Yarber and Bush (who is now Chief of Police) and another guy I can't recall... I was told that I would be charged for filing false reports and was told I was "full of shit just like the charges (I) keep filing". Later my ex hit herself in the face and the police came after me for spousal abuse.

I have been pulled over for speeding in a town called maplewood by a brentwood police officer and he put on the ticket I was on brentwood boulevard. I was no where near brentwood or brentwood boulevard. When I said that in court he claimed he pursued me from brentwood boulevard. If that was the case then why was I not arrested. I still lost. The same thing happen to my ex girl friend by woodson terrace police in Berkly.
@Dusty696969 Yeah I've run into that problem before where an officer pulled me over outside his jurisdiction. They don't like to admit their wrongs. Nowadays if I got pulled over outside their jurisdiction I would file a complaint with the proper jurisdictions court against the officer and pursue damages for being harassed by a revenue official on foreign soil. He probably didn't arrest you because he knew he was in default having no jursidiction. Common law is a seperate jurisdiction from them.

The courts operate under Statutory jurisdiction so when you claim common law jurisdiction the courts have lost because they must prove that there is an injured party in a valid cause of action wherein there must be 3 elements 1 a violation of a right, 2 injury, 3 claim brought before the court. That happened to me once years ago. I was riding my bike and turning left at an intersection , where this Italian man oncoming was also turning left . He changed his mind just as I was making my way across the oncoming lane , where he proceeded to almost run me over. My bike damaged , me looking at his fan spin around from underneath , the cops were called. When the car arrived , an entire ounce of weed was on the floor? I gave it to the cop right out , when I closed the back seat door.
America needs to clean house with its police departments. We need a new set of tough qualifications to be met for new cops. One should be a four year college degree which would at least help weed-out the uneducated racist types that want to become a cops so they can set-up people they don't like.
@Densleywale actually to be a cop in most places now you have to have an associated degree and minimum of 5 consecutive years of employment in a related field. thats a lot of time to put in to have a job that only averages about 40k a year nationwide. you can get a job selling insurance and make 80k+ every year fresh out of high school as long as you can pass the test.

When I was exonerated because her best friend was willing to testify it was a set up the police refused to file charges against her although it was clearly obvious she had faked it. I really don't try to hold grudges as this was 15 years ago but I still remember how horrifying it was to have your kids being abused and yet you're the one being placed under charges... I still have trouble believing it was real.

I have polaroid pictures of my son with handprint bruises on him and other bruising. He told me he was being hurt by his mom's boyfriend. I went to the Exeter, CA police, officer Yarber and Bush (who is now Chief of Police) and another guy I can't recall... I was told that I would be charged for filing false reports and was told I was "full of shit just like the charges (I) keep filing". Later my ex hit herself in the face and the police came after me for spousal abuse.

All he did was 3 months in county jail got out on a 5,000 dollar bond, and five years probation. He is now off probation and said he did not have to register with the sex offender registry. I have been pulled over for speeding in a town called maplewood by a brentwood police officer and he put on the ticket I was on brentwood boulevard. I was no where near brentwood or brentwood boulevard. When I said that in court he claimed he pursued me from brentwood boulevard. If that was the case then why was I not arrested. I still lost. The same thing happen to my ex girl friend by woodson terrace police in Berkly.

@Dusty696969 Yeah I've run into that problem before where an officer pulled me over outside his jurisdiction. They don't like to admit their wrongs. Nowadays if I got pulled over outside their jurisdiction I would file a complaint with the proper jurisdictions court against the officer and pursue damages for being harassed by a revenue official on foreign soil. He probably didn't arrest you because he knew he was in default having no jursidiction. Common law is a seperate jurisdiction from them.

The courts operate under Statutory jurisdiction so when you claim common law jurisdiction the courts have lost because they must prove that there is an injured party in a valid cause of action wherein there must be 3 elements 1 a violation of a right, 2 injury, 3 claim brought before the court. That happened to me once years ago. I was riding my bike and turning left at an intersection , where this Italian man oncoming was also turning left . He changed his mind just as I was making my way across the oncoming lane , where he proceeded to almost run me over. My bike damaged , me looking at his fan spin around from underneath , the cops were called. When the car arrived , an entire ounce of weed was on the floor? I gave it to the cop right out , when I closed the back seat door.

@Densleywale actually to be a cop in most places now you have to have an associated degree and minimum of 5 consecutive years of employment in a related field. thats a lot of time to put in to have a job that only averages about 40k a year nationwide. you can get a job selling insurance and make 80k+ every year fresh out of high school as long as you can pass the test.

what i love is no laws were broken but police somehow secured a search warrent from a judge. I know every one dosnt know what it takes to secure a seach warrent but there has to be some tangeble evidence and not just circumstantual evidence. Correct policing outweight the "ends justifies the means" if you want that move to Russia. the cops beat anyone suspected of crime then question them. @uscbp00 Oh and I guess you dont know what the UCMJ is... yeah thats the DOD standards in addition to Federal law and in addition to states and in addition to a staus of forces agreement, in addition to international law, in addition to rules of engagement that WE the military are held to. Police are held to a higher standard, but not even close to the stadard of the military (people who will actually get shot at mind you).

Wouldn't that be a court system corruption if the witness testified in court but yet she was still convicted? I know the justice system starts with the police but if she's in Texas prison on a "First Time Marijuana with Intent" charge then the court must have really wanted her there. I can't even get a repeat Controlled Substance with Intent case pass Deferred.

I wonder if the girl has ever gotten a new trial. Probably not as the family doesn't have the money. MONEY people. You don't get justice without it. Maybe not with it but for sure not without it. One fellow told me that his justice without money would come out of his .3006. Another told me when cops railroad people into prison start finding their housed and BURN THEM when they railroad innocent. This is what I'm hearing more and more. I'm disabled and can't, but I'll bet some will.

Couldn't agree more! I was brought up with the teaching, "give respect, to get respect". These cops nowadays don't respect the citizens, we are just a cash cow so they can drive $50K dollar SUVs that they can't afford on their dime. I have no criminal record, but hate the way these cops treat the people. I recently videotaped a DUI check and moved a lady's truck so it would not get towed. The pigs were not so happy. I didn't know the lady, but it doesn't matter.

@djk28161 not all cops are crooked. many are but some are actually here to help when the shit goes down and noone else will jump in front of a bullet for someone they dont know. i personally have delt with great cops and horrible ones but if you dont put yourself in a position to get noticed by the police then your not going to have to deal with them.
