Tigers hunt and care for themselves, free of the burdens and drudgery of huddling together as a pack. The concept of a pack in itself symbolizes the individual weakness of it's members, so that only collectively could they survive. And btw, "a FACT that Tigers don't have" is grammatically flawed.
