I never saw Jon or the band. I am related to a friend of his and despite that distance I feel a great loss. Simply for never having met him.

Jon was a close bud in 7th and 8th grade and hung less and less when he moved to Westford. I always meant to reconnect with him but I only searched facebook. Apparently he was on myspace, but I didnt relaize this until after I heard the news.

Jon was well loved and well liked. I valued his friendship. Rest in peace buddy. I will remember you forever. My heart goes out to you, your friends, and family.

I knew Jon in high school - we played music together sometimes, as we were both Those Guys Who Bring Their Guitars To School. He was one of those kids who everybody seemed to really like - not "popular", with all that entails, but really likable. The world lost a good person, and a talented person.

i met jon and stayed at his house for a week a few months ago. he is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet and is incredibly talented. Godspeed, bankrupt and the borrowers!
