Coolbrainchild Want to apologize, After careful studying, and a comment i got, I realized you are right. The live shows do show them playing it a half step higher, but apparently they transpose everything down a half step electronically. I guess it makes playing the song easier. It is pretty easy as it is, which is why i was confused originally. So sorry for calling you out, your pitch is perfect!!!

thanks for the effort but you are transposing the song. Go to klindro5 channel, it is the correct way to play the main lick.

@klindro5 actually, i learned this by ear. I have perfect pitch. you transposed it up a half step, mine is the original.

Your way does sound okay, I will agree with you at that. But, I watched just about every live, in studio performance I could find. And, in every one, he plays the main lick: E Maj, C Maj, D Maj, A Maj. I'm not trying to be brash, but if he plays it one way, why do all these covers and tutorials play it another. Seriously, check it out. I prefer to play a song, modeling myself after the band themselves, that's all I'm saying. Sorry, if I come across like a d bag!
