i live in pa and there is a place called sky king fireworks in new castle pa that sells illegals (If you ask the right person) but still pa laws are pretty stupid i mean what is so dangerous about a firecracker that is more dangerous than a fountain?
these lame ground fireworks are so much more dangerous than bottle rockets...I can see somebody lighting off that drunken sailor and burning their house down with it. who makes up these stupid laws? LEGALIZE AERIAL FIREWORKS IN PA!
Firework are illegal where I live but 15 miles north they are not so we go there and buy them and bring them here. Everyone does it and the cops dont even care. they would have to arrest everyone in town.
I never told the dealer where I bought the Drunken Sailor about this clip. When I saw him after the 4th he said a lot of people were in his place asking to buy it and he couldn't figure out why until I told him.
