The 5th wheel was the spare wheel from the trunk deck. It became lost at the impact on the ground (as you see in the video). The wheel rolled really this way in front of the camara. No fake, no ROFLMAO...

Awesome collection and great work. I did see one obvious problem though, when the tanker blows it is suddenly static even though in the last cut (ie, one frame earlier) it was still moving. This is a common one with things blowing up in films, I guess for safety reasons they can't do the crash and explosion together...
