@dibi203 True, I also think actual branded soy sauce is much better.. and there isn't enough in the sachets.. but if you are 'on the go' or away from said soy sauce, better than nothing.

You're meant to leave it for 2 minutes, stir, then leave for another 2 minutes. He just added the soy when he did. It doesn't really matter when you do it.
