yo bro, I'm playing my gta iv now with low resolution and high settings. I click "P" in the game, it adds the motion blurr, the low resolution and motion blurr, makes the game look so nice :)

@expertflyer Get some of the patches. Upto 1.0.4.0 should be good. I get a solid 80fps on max setting with my Ati Radeon HD 4850 512mb ddr3 on that setting

Chec your processor, mine processor on my laptop made all my games crap, it wouldn't run Pes, and GTA 4 didn't even installed, then i changed it and now it runs good

You should get 6 gb of ram instead of 2 that should help you out because windows 7 needs 1 gb of ram so your left with 1 gb for gaming
