Thank you @princesszari , Good eye... you noticed the fine details others miss. Thats the point actually. I create visual balance and count on the average person not even catching on to the fact, there are figure flaws in each room. Flaws that can be managed and hidden if done right! Simply beautiful! I love how you balanced the wall that the bed is on with a mirror w/ window treatment to match that lonely window on the other side. My son's room has windows on 3 out of 4 wall and it looks strange so it was difficult to decide where his bed would go. Time to go mirror shopping! LOL Thanks again for the inspiration.

@BeeAngelful, Each room is designed with THAT CLIENTS taste and preferences in mind. I too like a more modern look but for these clients (see photo of home in the very beginning of the video) their home is a Spanish/ Ranch style home and modern would have been completely out of character with the rest of the house. @emptyeyes00 One thing I have learned over the years.... Everyone has different temperaments and they express themselves accordingly. I have also found people to be more reserved when they know there are cameras rolling. It's funny, when the cameras are turned off, their true emotions often surface. I can say without a doubt, the wife was equally happy with the way the room turned out. She's now home with baby and able to fully enjoy the fruits of not only her "LABOR" but ours as well :-) RR

@eruanna317 Combination of clients books and some we added. I agree with where you are going with your question. Its ideal to always use what the clients have and are interested in. In this case, we needed a few more than they had available for this room. However, we selected real books that a guest might find enjoyable.
