Yes, camera film would have been color - but not all distribution prints were, there would have been various workprints/edits which varied for timing requirements. Even weirer though is some rough cuts have a mix of color and B&W film on the one roll

I thought these episodes were filmed in colour once they went all film, as opposed to Film/Videotape ?
