For the instrumental play the second chord of the verse and then play 044250 then pick your way up and down (using pulloff on the way down) the scale on the 2nd string then back up and across to the first string then down the scale (again using pulloffs) on it and back to the verse chords.

With that and watching the video you should be able to work it out. It sort of my interpretation not exactly like the original.
