Well, to answer your question, I'm not exactly sure. I've never tried it, but I imagine it could be done. Hair gel and hair spray are meant for real hair so it must work.

hm...i would, but my hair is that kind of really heavy, coarse, thick asian black that can't do much anything. =~= part of the reason for that is that my mom is a hair stylist and she's always bringing home "hair care" stuff that keep my hair sleek and smooth...which equals no up standing or spiking or even successful back combing. you should see the whack job i do just to get a v-kei look, let alone an anime look. TTnTT

I think that wig would work perfect for Roxas. (x Before I began styling this the color made me think of Roxas.

Just be careful when you purchase from Party City. a lot of their wigs are greasy or frizzy.

How much was that wig? I serisouly need one, it would be great for Roxas. I dont have a credit card to get wigs online so I have to settle with Party City, for now.

did you use thining siccors aswell as normal siccors? also great job! ive never made an anime wig but my friend and i are gonna eventually.......it will be.......interesting...XD!!!

I actually only used normal siccors. I'd like to be able to use thinnig siccors, but I don't own any at the moment.

Well it was supposed to be a practice wig, since I bought it from party city. I wasn't expecting much. But it styled so well now I want to get some use out of it! I'm still not sure who to cosplay with it. What do you think?

Who are you cosplaying?

If you're doing an "up" style with a wig that was made to hang straight down then It won't style as well. (I found that out with a wig that I had) xD

i'm trying to go for Naruto, i know.. SO original right? well it was a cosplay i had put together without buying from ebay or sewing (i dont have the jacket, thet i'll have to buy sometime) and BONUS theres possed to be a naruto shoot at the anime con i'm going in sept anyways..

looks like it could be naruto, maybe cloud from ff7 if you fix it some more... umm.. so many blonde spike heads, wanted to say vash from trigun or hiruma from eyeshield 21 but their hair is a little different xD

Thanks for the suggestions. I think that cloud would be the best idea. My little brother's friend came over and saw it. He looked at me and said " Wow! That's a cool Cloud wig!"

So... That's probably what I'll do. Needs some work in the back and maybe a little trim, but I think that I could pull it off!
