For people who is comparing Rachelle and Mariah. There is a huge difference between Mariah's obviously Pop & R&B style and Rachelle's Classic Soul. Mariah is also an aesthetic singer and more technical than expressing emotion. Rachelle has a lot of emotion since soul music is that. When it comes to whistle? MARIAH, why? She can create melody. She layers them with her background vocals, and she can make words and create on pitch melismas. Rachelle just makes the sound without any melody.

I love her whistles. They are mindblowing. Mariah is wonderful (my favorite) but her notes are too soft and airy at times. A good strong whistle is a sign of heatly vocal cords. If you whistle and its "airy/cloudy" that means you have some type of vocal disorder.

I love her whistles. They are mindblowing. Mariah is wonderful (my favorite) but her notes are too soft and airy at times. A good strong whistle is a sign of heatly vocal cords. If you whistle and its "airy/cloudy" that means you have some type of vocal disorder.
