I'm using a fender strat, no amp (direct into pc) and my pedal board is the Boss GT-10 Multi-effects processor.

Did you use any special software for recording, or did the GT-10 take care of everything?

I used audacity to record what I played, it's great and easy to use free-ware. I used the GT-10 for the intro pedal bend, for wah, and my tone.
