not exactly, because there is no Self and there is no Mind, so i would correct your statement: Its all about realization of self non existence through meditation to obtain no mind and no meditation ;)

@GreenShadedThing There is a self and there is a mind. The self is that which is aware of the mind. It is pure subjective chit (consciousness or awareness)
