  • whoa...how big do those horns get?

  • These were my favorite animals as a kid!!! They still are really cool. Man can you imagine getting smacked by a rhino's horn and head? Dang...

  • Don't Rhinoceros' look like dinosaurs??

  • when i can find this documentary plz???? the baby rhino so cte

  • Dont forget, the rhinos are being butchered! The Vietnamese rhino has no chance.

    check helpanna.org for info.

    Peace be with you.

  • Rhinos are soo cool!

  • Nice ears ;)

  • AWW! THE BABY RHINO IS SOOO CUTE!!!!!!

  • a white rhino is has no predators.

its horn unlike buffalo and other beasts is situated in the best possible way right in front of their vision. this would make it easiest to target its attack unlike a buffalo whos horn cant be seen fron the sides. combine this with a muscular 6000 pound frame it would be lethal

  • I guess the horn evolved due to the rhino's solitary lifestyle

If you're a buffalo or bison and live in a large herds, all you got to do to ensure you're protected in bunch together as a herd and point your horns outward. No predator wants to face that.

If you're a lonely rhino, though, I guess you need that natural battering ram to charge down anything that might mess with you or your offspring.

  • thats a good point.

the sumatran rhino is claimed to be the oldest species which evolved from the woolly rhino. it is the smallest of the rhinos and has the smallest horn.

animals change based on their environment.

its more than a battering ram. theyre built for battle. their heads are elongated and protrude out. they are able to use their head and horn like an upper cut which is deadly. i saw a video of a rhino

  • massacring a zebra by just flipping ip upward like a rag doll and tearing it up to pieces. thats a 600 pound animal. its graphic and sad to see but the point is theyre hugely powerful not just as a battering ram on the run but by its uppercut attack.

  • I imagine: Marv from Home Alone narrarating this, and I feel so much mroe un-bored with this video xD

Yea. Kind of a strange thought, no??????

    Marv forever!

  • Actually, more actually the adult Kevin Arnold from "The Wonder Years" is narrating this.

  • Daniel Stern is great.

  • the natrrorator is the voice of dilbert

  • cute baby rhino, just don't get in mama's warpath!
