hey man great version, i really like all the different chords you throw around to mix it up and make it your own. one question though... do you think that third to last chord in the chorus (the BbM7) could be some form of a G minor? or are my ears playing tricks on me?

Hey there, good ques.. G Minor is the relative minor chord for Bb.. which means they sound similar.. U can play a G minor with a Bb as ur bass note.. otherwise, those two chords are made up of the similar notes. Thanks man

I'm not sure that's accurate as far as the way Mayer plays it on the Continuum album, but this guy has a well-rounded musical style. He's playing his own version of the song, which I like. Mayer probably doesn't play it the same way twice anyway.

Its a Joe Pass Epiphone emperor II... i plugged it directly into my M-Audio.. no AMp... the natural tone is really deep .. really nice and warm.. rocking guitar!
