I havent seen many live violin performances but this is the best so far. Yann is a musician in all aspects. A true master/visionary. He performs with his soul, the only person I've seen perform with this level of sincerity is Thom Yorke

Abuse would be throwing the violin across the stage. Playing with passion should not be mistaken for abuse. Take Paganini for example; legend goes that he would purposely break his strings from the E on down, leaving only his G string to play his entire compositions on, pushing himself to the highest reaches of the fingerboard.
