My dad is alive.. somewhere. But my step dad died in 2010 the day after thanksgiving.. this song makes me cry every time.. about both of them.. cuz my real dad he was a great dad..so I heard.Me and my siblings don't even remember what he looks like its so vague . He walked right out that door and never looked back. It taught me a lot in life though..& for my step dad...cuz I took him for granted, I wasn't used to having a dad so our relationship was rough up until the year before he died.
