However, others don't like it as much because it has strayed away from the other resident evil games. Last I checked there isn't a demo available, but you can try the benchmark to see how it runs on your PC.

@saint69sinner hmm that's gonna be hard to say, maybe no AA and all high at like 1680x1050 sure or around there.

I don't have a 5750, i have a GTS 250, Q8200 2.33 Ghz, 8GB DDR2 800-megz, windows vista ultimate x64 and i got 61.09 FPS average. 1920x1200 4XAA all high. Maybe get a quad core in there like mine or something and you should get 60 easily.

Your processor is fine, but what about your gpu? If you are using Intel integrated that is your problem right there.

Well that sounds like the software for the card, but that pretty much confirms you have some sort of intel card. Intel integrated won't do the trick unfortunately.

If you want to double check go to start and type "dxdiag" in run, then go to the display tab. It should be under "chip type". If you see intel listed there, then you have an intel integrated gpu.

Nice, just keep in mind we are getting worse performance because we are running 1920 x 1080 with AA and we are running fraps.

W/ fraps I managed to run at 1920 x 1200 with even more AA at a round 30-40fps

I read someone had problems using crossfire in this benchmark and solved it by renaming re5dx9.exe to grid.exe in the installation folder. It doesn't work with dx10. I didn't test myself it so i cant be 100% sure it works but I've read this on several forums and people claim it works.

I've got the benchmark demo, too, and it runs pretty smooth for me (40 FPS, Everything High, without AA).

But I've got still a little problem. Chris is sometimes lagging. No, the FPS doesn't drop, but it's sometimes like I'm playing an Online-Game. It doesnt happen to often though, but it's annoying. Does anyone have this problem, too?

Windows XP SP3 Dx9.0c.

I get like 13.6fps on everything low 800x600 windowed. I don't care much about gfx. The game gives a C grade (almost playable). But I hope this is like SF4. The benchmark of this game runs laggy like 16fps, but the game itself runs full 60fps everything low. The 2 games are the same sys. req. My pc is lower than the min. sys. req. and I don't see any bugs.

Your processor is a bit dated, but it should be okay for this game. Your gpu however is in need of an upgrade. Try to get a 9800gtx or hd4850 if possible. Cheaper alternatives would a 9800gt or hd4830.

Shit, I just bought the damn graphics card. But I can't afford to upgrade my pc all the time. But... I saw a 9600gt run RE5 very smoothly. I never saw a difference between 9500gt and 9600gt. Except I didn't find a RE5 benchmark test for a 9500gt. But if 9600gt can run RE5, then I think I could run it too. You wouldn't understand why I can't afford to buy a new card. Items in Malta cost a hell lot more money. You wouldn't even want to know.
