  • The most brilliant video on youtube. Thank you for your clarity of thought. A truly beautiful mind.

  • Susan you are wonderful - brilliant.

  • I'm glad you're still doing what you do best, motivating people to get off their asses and eat right. To the point plain and simple.

  • This is the best of Susan Powter, her crowning glory video.

  • TY That IS one of the most important statements to hang on to! TY So glad I found u again. More conscious of our SUBconscious!

  • "People say motivation doesn't last. Neither does bathing. That's why it's recommended DAILY!" - Zig Ziglar quote. Susan, you and your vlogs are a part of my DAILY motivation! I started at 320 lbs, I am now 243 lbs and you have been a HUGE part of that! Keep on trucking. . .

  • right on!

  • You would make a great politician Susan.

  • Susan we love you! I am soooo glad I found you on youtube, your one of the most inspirational figures of all time on weight loss. And because you battled your own weight, I think you have a *personal* understanding for this that most fitness tv figures don't

  • I can accept that as part of success. Yes. You got it. Thanks.

  • The thinking part is the toughest part. People are becoming more and more like shepple lemming. Thinking honestly with all the seductive and convenient lies is very difficult for people who would like to believe or pretend to believe that they have a slow metabolism or some other mysterious and fake disorder that keeps them fat. Denial is a big part of it. Snapping fat people out of their intractible denial or coaxing them out of it takes skill. Slapping them would make it so much easier. LOL

  • once again a great video, its time to change habbits and habitual behaviour, thats the only way to change.

  • And My Eyes are Finally Opened! Thank You Susan!!! Great Video!!!,Makes a lot of sense if you really think it clearly! and your great with words!!!! God Bless this lovely woman! many many thank yous!!!!

  • Excellent video. Susan stresses changing your thinking and changing your habits in order to achieve wellness. Of course this works in all other areas of ones life too. Love ya Susan!!! Even with the health challenge of arthritis, you have kept me going, even when all I could do was walk as far as I could. Or work with dumbells because it was too painful to stand. Thank-you.
