I actually agree with the dress comment. It's inappropriate to wear a dress that length. It has nothing to do with how cute the dress is but rather if it is appropriate fr this type of venue, which it's clearly not. Especially if it's causing this much talk about your attire rather than the quality of your voice, which is lovely.

The dress is indeed very beautiful, however it is a little inappropriate for a classical recital. Industry standard says that your dress should be at least knee length for a daytime recital, longer if its in the evening. This is just something good to know because your appearance can be every bit as important as your technique in the music industry. Still, props to your mom for making that dress.

Thank you, and while I do understand the protocol for a classical concert, it is difficult for me to wear floor length gowns. As I have larger hips most floor length gowns tend to give the illusion that I am bigger than I really am.

i didnt notice until you mentioned it =) your voice is sounding good in the chest area, like it has some depth coming. i will be watching for more videos =) mine are under emili losier
